Nokia e90 the complete work horse

nokiae90communicator_top.gif

As I am away, on holiday, I am limiting the time that I spend on my various information platforms, I have changed my sync profile for example on my Nokia and am only responding in absolute emergencies to anything that comes up.

The thing that I am struck with is that yesterday, I used my e90 completely, including preparing this post. I communicated via e-mail, sms (text message), blogged and read some news, all without starting up my laptop.

Nokia have truly delivered a complete work horse with a screen that enables the process too. So too all of those out there that say that it is too big, you need to understand the power in this device and I am sure that you will re-evaluate your opinion.

Totally agree with you. I Have used one for the best part of a year and a half. I also made use of mobile twitter, and also putty – it allowed me to login to my mac mini and reboot services as needed when out and about. Of course there is qik for streaming on the go. The flexibility of the full OS being available in candybar or palmtop mode is great for using it in a number of scenarios where you are in a rush or you have time to play.

The E90 is a beast but I do like a device that lets you know that you’re carrying it about!

I agree completely. Actually, I perform more tasks (writing, calculating, mailing, podcasting, photographing, filming, radio or music listening, web browsing and searching, and even -sometimes- talking) with my E90 than with my PC. Anywhere. And simultaneously, furthermore.
