Reflecting on the Start of a New Year with a Focus on Faith and Family

Starting 2023

This year, I have a deep desire to grow not only in my career, but also in my faith journey. As a Christian, my relationship with God is the most important aspect of my life and I want to deepen that connection and continue to grow in my understanding of His will for me.

I am pushing myself into new experiences with Him, trying to not just retain an intellectual understanding of Him, but rather a more real everyday experience.  I have to say that so far it has been quite liberating.

Family

While business growth is important, it’s nothing compared to knowing the love and support of my family. Karen, you have been my rock throughout everything. You’ve always been there for me, offering unwavering support, no matter what. And my kids – Em and Sam, I am so proud of you both, how you have, and continue, to grow. I look forward to watching you both tackle this new season.

So as we start this new year (granted we are February already), I wanted to begin by shifting my priorities to my faith and my family. I feel that we all need to do this, shift to the really important stuff and let the rest follow.

Business

I obviously remain committed to my entrepreneurial path, proud to be a part of the team at Brandesign, and I know that together, we can achieve great things.

So, let’s make this year the best one yet! May we all grow in our faith, love each other even more, and achieve our professional goals.
