Our team in focus

In my post around the Franklin Covey 360 degree self evaluation, today marks the start of our team session, which has been penned for three days. 

I am quite looking forward to discussing how folks view me and what perceptions I may agree with, versus those that I need to focus on changing. I will certainly update at the end of today.
