Once again reminded that Nokia really rule the mobile world!!

A colleague of mine just unpacked his new HTC Touch Pro and I must admit that it does have some pretty pictures. The user interface with that stylus (glorified tooth pick if you ask me!) is really quite complicated.

The Windows mobile platform looks good, but certainly the phone, I think needs to focus more on being a phone. The frustration that he has gone through trying to get all of his contacts sorted out, has been something to behold. You see Windows mobile assumes that you keep all of you contacts updated in Outlook, he does not so he is completely frustrated.

Talk of CSV files and uploads…..

My e-71 from package to full functionality 15 minutes!!.  Switch phone mode works like a dream, Microsoft Exchange server installed in 2 minutes and away we were.

So to end once again I am reminded that Nokia clearly have refined the art of the mobile phone.
