Nokia e71 surpassed expectations

Today marks a little over two months since I took ownership of my Nokia e71. I must admit, after being and ardent fan of the e-90, that this little gem is proving to be a true business tool.

I have found the interface absolutely amazing, the ability to handle multiple applications being open at one time, surpasses the e-90. It also seems to hold the signal better than the e-90. The GPS works really well and I am absolutely in awe at the staying power. I consider myself to be a fairly heavy user in terms of my phones and am finding that I need only re-charge every 2-3 days.

Microsoft Exchange Server operates like a dream and on the pretty side of things I have also stumbled onto some sites that offer great themes. I am currently running a “only black theme” and this really looks quiet cool.

Ps. the Facebook application also operates really well!

All in all, I am completely satisfied with this wonderful piece of mobile engineering.

PPS the HTC touch pro I spoke about in the previous post, still not working properly!!
