I wonder how many times I doubt myself in a day? How many times I stop believing that I have made the right decision. Then something happens to remind me that it is all worth it….

Brand You?

Is there ever an excuse to not have an online personal presence………….well maybe if you are nomadic recluse, hiding from prying eyes. If you are not in this category then you need to have a personal presence.

6 months in……..

So happily we have sorted out all of these things (barring the VAT number) and then hopefully we can get down to the art of rustling up business. Who knows we may just be successful at it…..

The one thing you will realise is that people love it when you ask questions, particularly if it is around their ideas……..

I believe the next step will come from outside the current base of manufacturers, maybe I will be proved wrong, but if last nights “event” is anything to go by, I think not…….

What’s in a job……….

In a few days’ time I will have completed two months as a partner in Brandesign. It is hard to believe how quickly the time has passed. What’s more amazing to me is how at home I feel and how much I have already grown…..

The Customer Service trap

In the small to medium size sector you cannot hand over your customer service experience to someone who is not directly linked to the business in some way. You need to employ people who understand the dynamic of working in a team where “all hands are on deck” and that there are truly no sacred cows.
