Back and raring to go!!
My family and I have returned from a much needed break, during which time I followed a “low information diet”. This concept was something I read about on Dave Duarte’s site, he is one of the guys that introduced to the fine art of aggregating information!
The diet worked well, although I must confess to accidentally diving into the information trap from time to time while we were away. I realised that what he said held a lot of truth and anyone who is active in this space would do well to read his post.
Enough said, I have come off the diet though and am heading back into this space with all guns blazing!!
Hey Mike! Yes, the information trap can be dangerous to productivity and a healthy life balance. Hope you manage to stay on top of it! I must say, I’ve also slipped a couple of times – I spend the whole morning in bed watching YouTube videos this morning! Back to the drawing board..
